Throughout his career, Adam has held numerous C-Level leadership roles at major financial institutions and technology firms, specializing in helping organizations leverage technology to achieve breakthrough business results.
Mr. Schlesinger currently serves as Executive in Residence at Inovia Capital, a $3B venture capital firm, where he advises mid to late-stage startups and provides board advisory services. His entrepreneurial journey includes successful exits through acquisitions by Zoom and Bumble, as well as IPOs on the TSX, Nasdaq, and NYSE. As Chief Transformation Officer at First Republic Bank, he developed innovative client-focused offerings that challenged traditional banking paradigms. At National Bank of Canada, he served as Executive Leader MD, Breakout Ventures, where he built $1B+ game-changing revenue streams and led AI innovation initiatives as the bank's inaugural Global Chief Data Officer.
During his 10-year tenure at Microsoft Corporation, Adam drove over $1.5B in revenue, leading global relationships with major financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, and NYSE. He brings deep expertise in digitization, Cloud and AI, FinTech integration, M&A, and business model innovation. His strategic approaches have consistently reduced operational costs while improving customer satisfaction across organizations.
Mr. Schlesinger earned his Master of Engineering from MIT and Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. He serves on numerous FinTech and AI startup advisory boards and as an independent board director for a federally chartered U.S. bank.
