Jeff Bray brings over 25 years of operating and technology experience in the financial services and manufacturing industries, having held leadership positions at Bank of America, Capital One Financial, Seacoast Bank, and General Electric. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams that deliver transformational change, reduced operating costs, and sustained profitable growth.
Mr. Bray has led more than 50 operational and technology transformations across diverse functions including sales, marketing, fulfillment, call center operations, lending, data center management, infrastructure, IT security, governance, enterprise risk, and outsourcing. He has designed and executed over 25 acquisition integrations and developed strategic technology and operations innovation roadmaps that have improved operational efficiency by as much as 37%. His Six Sigma implementation programs have resulted in over $400 million in profitability improvements across organizations.
Mr. Bray holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has completed numerous Executive Education programs at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
