Rick Holtzman brings more than 20 years of broad experience in retail banking and bank consulting, having delivered significant profitability improvements of more than $250MM across multiple organizations.
Prior to his work with Compass, Mr. Holtzman served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Consulting Services Group at Ceto and Associates, where he was responsible for delivery of all consulting projects, P&L management, and staffing. In this role, he delivered more than 500 engagements across all 50 states and Canada, dramatically scaling the business by increasing revenue more than 20x during his tenure.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Holtzman was a Senior Financial Analyst with Market Line Associates, specializing in account and customer profitability analysis. He developed comprehensive bank-wide diagnostic studies and profitability models to identify and classify customer segments for operational and marketing purposes. His experience also includes front-line banking roles at Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T) and Wells Fargo Financial, where he originated mortgage and consumer loans, lines of credit, credit cards, insurance, and deposit products.
Mr. Holtzman graduated cum laude from Georgia Southern University with a B.B.A. in Finance – Bank Management.
