Siobhan Dunn brings extensive experience in operational risk management, governance, and strategic project execution across financial institutions both large and small. With a career spanning over 25 years at firms including Morgan Stanley and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, she specializes in designing and implementing enterprise-wide frameworks that align people, processes, technology, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and drive operational effectiveness.
At Morgan Stanley, Ms. Dunn served as Global Head of Business Continuity Management, where she rebuilt the firm's global Business Continuity Management Program and developed enterprise-level resiliency protocols. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for MS Bank and MS Private Banks' Investment Portfolios, engineering governance frameworks and process models for complex investment activities while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations including Dodd-Frank and OCC Heightened Standards.
During her 14-year tenure at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Ms. Dunn held multiple leadership roles including Head of Operational Risk Management for the Americas and Chief Operating Officer for Capital Markets in North America. She led large-scale operational and technology transformations, managed regulatory compliance initiatives, and oversaw the firm-wide framework for new product approvals. Her expertise encompasses business continuity planning, vendor management, crisis management, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Dunn holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Georgetown University.
